Every order is packed with care using food-grade, airtight packaging that preserves the natural freshness, aroma, and crunch of our premium products. From California almonds to Kashmiri walnuts, your order reaches you in farm-fresh condition.

• Order Confirmation: Instant email confirmation upon successful order placement
• Processing Time: All orders processed within 2-3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays)
• Quality Check: Every product undergoes strict quality inspection before dispatch
• Dispatch Notification: Shipping confirmation email with tracking details sent once order is dispatched
• Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12 PM may qualify for same-day dispatch (subject to availability)

Note: During peak seasons (Diwali, New Year, etc.), processing may take 1-2 additional days due to high order volume.

We currently deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery time varies based on your location:

Non-Serviceable Areas: If your location is not serviceable, our team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss alternate delivery options or provide a full refund.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹10,000. COD charges of ₹49 apply for orders below ₹999.
