1. Order Cancellation

- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before it has been shipped.

- Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

- Refunds are applicable only for eligible returns or cancelled orders.
- Once your cancellation or return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
- In case of COD orders, we may require bank account details to process the refund.

3. Return Eligibility

- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for return or refund.
- Please retain proof of purchase and shipping labels for processing the return.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

- If your order arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.
- We will arrange for a replacement or initiate a refund based on the issue.
